  • ​NBR ISO/IEC 27001:2013: Information Security Management since 2022 - Units of São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro. 
  • Certigov: Compliance and Business Ethics certified since 2018 - Unit of Espírito Santo.

IT Service Management System  that supports the provision of IT services to clients, from Microware facilities in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, in accordance with the current service catalog, including Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Support Services for Products and Systems.
NBR ISO/IEC 27001:2013:
Microware's Information Security Management System for the Commercialization of Information Technology Products and Systems and the Provision of IT Services for Advisory, Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Support and Allocation of Systems and Equipment, according to the declaration of applicability in its version 7 of 11/08/2022. ​
